After moving to Australia with my husband, I started making cakes and soaking up the beautiful natural surroundings where I found a connection with my home country. I had an opportunity to make a wedding cake for a friend and it was the unbridled joy that it delivered, not just for me but also the bride and groom, that got me hooked. It’s not a job, it’s a passion, a vocation. It’s an opportunity for me to be who I am: someone who delights in creating beautiful things inspired by all the splendour and the vagaries of nature and knowing that it will be an integral part of a very special day.

REBELLYOUS CAKE CO

Rebellyous Cake Co has been creating premium custom made wedding and special occasion cakes in the Byron Shire since 2010 – the kind that look divine and have you reaching for that second piece. Each cake from the Rebellyous kitchen is baked from scratch, handcrafted and styled on site. Rebel has a flair for working with fresh flowers, producing show stopping results.

From her phenomenal baking skills and eye for detail, to her friendly down-to-earth nature and genuine passion for her business, Bree pours her energy and flair for design into every cake she creates. Trained as a chef from an early age, she knew from the very start that all things sweet and delicious was where her heart lay. Working as a pastry chef on the Gold Coast, Bree slowly built a loyal following of clients with her tasty creations before launching The Cake That Ate Paris as a full time business. Bree has quickly grown to become known as one of the most popular cake designers on the Queensland coast.

Surprise your guests with the Gelateria that comes to you! Mr Black & Mrs White, our iconic gelato tricycles are available for wedding and event hire. Based on the sunny Gold Coast, we also pedal to Byron Bay, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Your guests will be filled with excitement as they choose from your hand-picked flavours, served in style from our one of a kind bikes. Real-deal gelato that’s real good. Made locally, by Italians.

Byron Bay local, Christina, is the face behind FLOSSY. Christina formerly created a much-loved dessert business for six years which saw her create delicious and stunning desserts, catering to very large crowds weekly. Christina has attended some of the most well-loved events around Australia. She has more than ten years of experience creating and delivering seamless, unforgettable experiences that make people happy.
