This month-out coordination service is ideal for couples who have planned their wedding but need an experienced professional to finalise details and manage the day. I’ll take over a month before your wedding to tie up loose ends, contact suppliers, and create a detailed schedule. On the day, your coordinator will handle logistics, setup, and the timeline, ensuring a flawless event so you can relax and enjoy every moment.
→ Your own online planning portal to track budget & vendor payments, manage your guest list & RSVPs, access a full wedding checklist, design studio for inspiration photos & mood boards, wedding website, and more!
→ Up to 2 personal planning consultations via phone or video call. The first to review your wedding plans and offer advice, and the second, 4 weeks before the wedding, to finalise the schedule, setup details, and reconfirm suppliers.
→ 12-month wedding planning outline.
→ Check-in calls for pressing topics (90 days from wedding)
→ Ongoing client communication (60 days from wedding)
→ Ongoing vendor communication, including management and coordination (30 days from wedding)
→ Ensuring all suppliers understand their roles and that all planning details are covered.
→ Customised planning document outlining every wedding detail (supplier info, bump in/out schedules, run sheet, styling notes, site plan, etc.).
→ Development of your full wedding day schedule and distribution to all participants, vendors and suppliers.
→ Coordination of vendor arrivals, deliveries and setup details.
→ Attendance, supervision and coordination of the entire wedding day by one of our highly trained day coordinators.
→ Your go-to-person on the day to liaise with both venue and suppliers, smooth out any hiccups and ensure every element is carried out as planned.
