→ Sourcing ceremony and reception locations – or, if already sourced, taking over management and coordination with wedding venues on your behalf.
→ Sourcing reputable local wedding suppliers, products and services required for your wedding, always reflecting your budget, style and preferences.
→ Full coordination and management of bookings for all vendors and suppliers.
→ Ongoing communication with vendors and service providers in the lead-up to your wedding day.
→ Liaising with vendors and suppliers to ensure timelines are met.

MONTH-OUT COORDINATION
This month-out coordination service is ideal for couples who have planned their wedding but need an experienced professional to finalise details and manage the day. I’ll take over a month before your wedding to tie up loose ends, contact suppliers, and create a detailed schedule. On the day, your coordinator will handle logistics, setup, and the timeline, ensuring a flawless event so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

→ Up to 2 personal planning consultations via phone or video call. The first to review your wedding plans and offer advice, and the second, 4 weeks before the wedding, to finalise the schedule, setup details, and reconfirm suppliers.

→ Check-in calls for pressing topics (90 days from wedding)
→ Ongoing client communication (60 days from wedding)
→ Ongoing vendor communication, including management and coordination (30 days from wedding)
