• Sourcing ceremony and reception locations – or, if already sourced, taking over management and coordination with wedding venues on your behalf.

This month out wedding coordination service is perfect for couples who have confidence in their wedding organisation and have thoroughly planned their big day, but simply need a hands-on and experienced professional to tidy up the finer details and execute the running of the day itself. I’ll take over a month prior to your wedding to tie up any loose ends, touch base with all suppliers, and create a thoughtfully planned wedding day schedule (including run sheet, setup notes and bump in schedules) to keep your celebration on track. On the day, your highly trained day coordinator will be there to coordinate and manage the logistics, setup details and scheduled timeline to ensure a flawlessly executed event – leaving you to relax and enjoy every moment of your special day.

• Up to 2 personal planning consultations over the phone or via video call. Our first consultation is to go through all of the plans and ideas you have for your wedding day, and provide advice or recommendations as required. Our second consultation takes place 4 weeks prior to the wedding, where I create your wedding day schedule, confirm setup details, re-confirm all suppliers, and make amendments as needed.
